***HOW COULD YOU MOM, YOU ARE ALL I HAD - ONE MISTAKE AND YOU LEFT ME AT THE KILL SHELTER TO DIE ... For 6 years she lived with her Mom, just the two of them. Until one fateful day she made ONE mistake. A small dog was brought into HER home, they were separated, and she escaped. The small dog was hurt and so was her Moms hand as she attempted to separate the two. Accidents happen! Lots of dogs don't like the littles, they can be barky, in your face, obnoxious. But for her Mom to give her a death sentence is unconscionable to me! The fact is Burger is a very affectionate, playful, good girl, maybe a bit anxious, but aren't we all at times?! She got a raw deal from the Mom that was supposed to protect HER! NOT RESERVED BURGER WILL BE KILLED SHORTLY AT NYCACC IN MANHATTAN, NY***
A staff member writes "Hi, I would like for you to meet Burger. She is the sweetest dog you could ever meet. Burger loves to play and she gives the biggest kisses. Burger likes jumping around and playing with her toys. She especially likes going for walks and stretching her legs. She is looking for a companion willing to take long walks on the beach and enjoy millions of kisses. Could you be her furever friend?"
