We chose this park as an alternative to Crabtree Falls as it’s peek season and reservations are hard to come by this time of year. Misty actually turned out to be quite delightful and probably the bes...t option for our particular adventure on this camping trip. We camped for 2 nights in our teardrop camper. We were parked on the mountain just beyond the gate. Views were breath taking, facilities are clean, and it’s just minutes from all the breweries, wineries, cideries, and trails! Not to mention that it’s really easy to get to, it’s right off the i64 exit. See More

We have been here multiple times, we have a travel trailer and of all the campgrounds we've been to, this is by far my favorite! It's beautiful, clean, so much stuff to do at and around the campground...! The fire pit, the outside stage, the creek, the game room, the community center and the precious general store! We've used it all! The staff is very accommodating and the general atmosphere is why Misty Mountain is my favorite place to camp! See More

This was our second stay here and we just love this place. Great environment, nice and clean facilities, great people and a decent amount of things to do. Had a blast doing karaoke night with a crowd ...of people from all over just there to have fun. We will keep coming back here every year. See More

We r a family of 5 (6 when we go camping and bring a friend for our oldest) tent campers and this is our 2nd year camping with good friends of ours to start a fall camping tradition. Last year we went... to Jellystone Luray. This year we came to Misty Mtn and I feel we all had a better time. Karaoke was awesome and all the folks camping were so kind. We will be back!!!! Thanks See More

Worst place ever. Customer satisfaction is not their #1 in business. Very rude maintenance & management. Needless to say we canceled on the day we arrived. Will never be back unless new owner & manage...ment team. See More

We have had the absolute best time the first and second time we camped here. The staff has been so nice and always right on top of things like when the bathroom runs out of toilet paper. The bath hous...e is always in good condition and Everytime I have been in there smells freshly cleaned. Such a kid friendly camp ground. We will be camping here again. Our most favorite camp site so far for tent camping is in T1. See More

Stayed for four nights in June 2017 and it was great. Staff was super friendly and the facilities were great. My (almost) 4 yr old son loved the jump pad and play grounds. We didn't get to check on th...e pool but it looked super nice with a nice splash pad for young ones. The only complaint I would have is that on the rules it states to drive a golf cart you just be 16 and have a license. I saw two kids maybe 12-14 tops, who appeared to be children of workers, driving the facilities carts around the campground (joy riding). This did irritate me significantly. See More

Great stay in cabin #8! We have also camped here with our travel trailer. Amenities, cleanliness and furniture all exceeded our expectations. Maintenance request for burned out light was immediately a...ddressed. Condition of grounds, recreational equipment and especially the swimming area was excellent. Biking and walking paths were well cleared and maintained. Store was amply supplied with a great selection of reasonably priced souvenirs and branded clothing. Staff was courteous and very friendly. Community fire pit area nicely laid out and family friendly. Best camping experience we've had in the whole state! We will definitely be back and will recommend these cabins to our friends without trailers. WiFi and cable TV are a nice perk! See More

Absolutely love this place! I've tent camped, rented two different cabins, and had friends stay in RVs. You just can't find a better place to stay, especially so conveniently located near 151

Got here yesterday and not familiar with site - we are on the upper mountain and it is UPPER MOUNTAIN! Had several issues and had to go to office and the people are very short and rude! Went into and had dinner at Sway's- Pumpkin Beer and a great meal- best part of this trip so far!!! Regardless of so far experience would love to come back only if we were on lower mountain! Not exactly the ideal trip up for a 40 ft RV- See More

This is my first time visiting here. I think it's wonderful. I love the amenities. There's a game room, community room, store, outdoor communal fire pit, corn hole, jump pad, pool, splash pad, dog par...k..... Seems like the list goes on and on. Great for families, dogs, and singles. See More

Our site on the hill was large and fantastic. A couple other sites could be considered a little on the small side. The road up the hill does have a sharp turn and a steep section but is completely and safe for larger campers (we have a 36ft 5th wheel). The staff helps by escorting you to spot and making sure the road is clear. Lots of activities throughout the 4th of July weekend. We will return. See More

Nice campground, smooth check in. We couldn't get cable to work, after hubs did 30 minutes of trouble shooting, I called the office. "Oh, it's out, cable company has to come reset, nothing we can do."... I said, yes there is..please tell guests at check in please! Just overnight stop, no other issues, or amenities used. See More

We loved this campground! Lots of fun neighbors, clean, friendly and responsive staff and best of all we felt safe letting our kids run the grounds to make friends and have a great time. We had one ...night of crazy campers being extremely loud and obscene but the very next day the Owner had a 'talk' with them and not a problem the rest of the time. It was a great experience and we will be back again!! See More
