In early 2019, when his newborn daughter was only a week old, Cosecha Massachusetts leader Nelson Fuentes was detained by ICE. After months of fighting his case with community support, he is now preparing for his final federal court date this Friday, January 17. There is a strong chance ICE will be waiting at the court house to detain him.

Nelson's newborn daughter lived the first few months of her life away from her father - while Nelson was in detention. Nelson does not wa...nt to relive that experience, without the ability to support his partner take care of their baby in this first year of her daughter's life.

We're live in Burlington, MA where Cosecha Massachusetts is demanding the release of leader and beloved community member Nelson Fuentes. Nelson has been in detention since last month and we will not let ICE separate him from his family and community. ✊
