MPI MMG former doctoral candidate Samuel Lengen’s PhD project explored ethnographically connections between technology entrepreneurship and online media production in Beijing’s digital economy. In particular, it examined how digital media and communication technologies form part of the negotiation of socio-economic inequality and entrepreneurial opportunity in contemporary China.
