Highly advice anyone coming into the country and urgently need to contact their loved ones to tell them they have arrived safely to NOT get this network it has what is going on two days just to activa...te my SIM card after being assured it would take 1 or at the most 2 hours, despite calls to customer care service and the branch I bought it from basically what I have been told in a nutshell is " not our problem, you will get the text when we activate it" which I have learnt now means-- " who knows when we will activate it, because we certainly don't " See More

Hi, i was told that MTN is one of the best service provider in Zambia. However, my experience is all so pathetic. I purchased a MTN number, 0968885088, on Sunday. Since then it has been 4 days and my ...number is still not working. With all the follow ups from the service centre at Makini Mall, Lusaka my data started working yesterday but still my outgoing calls are not active. I have been trying to get in touch with the store manager/store executive but no one is able to give me a solution instead of a commitment of a cal back, which also the never do. I have been visiting the store twice daily but still no resolution. I have been in telecom industry since 7 yrs in Airtel and have never seen this kind of customer service. See More

Ba MTN you have impressed me on a lot of stuuf but today am very dissapointed.
I did a sim replacement on Sunday. Yesterday I used my mtn money account to buy electricity and it worked. Today I go to... withdraw money and I can't. Now your call center is tellimibg I have to wait for 48hrs. Tone honest this policy is a bad one. Even if its security reasons how can a stranger withdraw money without my pin?
This was my only hope and am forced Togo back home while am charged at work due your bad policy. Can this be sorted out ASAP coz my absense at work means people will not get paid on time

I have been an MTN customer since 2011, so far I am very satisfied with your services...

Only for one thing I would like to raise a point on.. Local TV channels don't show on the MTN mobile TV plus Z...ambia and there's only one local TV channel which is diamond TV..

I think prime TV , CBC , abn and other channels should be added for MTN Zambia customers to enjoy the app more. otherwise it is good.������ MTN everywhere you go

I used to be like, mtn is the best network provider.I today realized that it's wack.after the used fraud methods to cheat me out of my own money.I recharged and it reflected, as a good customer I had ...converted ka spaka bundle, but it never reflected and the was no notice for the service, Wen I contacted them on the customer care line, they were like,"it's not our problem, it's my own fault. "Seriously this is a useless network provider.

MTN, u introduce mobile money without putting quick measures for us customers to reverse our transactions should the money be accidentally sent to a wrong number.

1 week of stories sure. Like thats not enough one of your members of staff calls ati the wrong number you sent to had kongole so u can only recover the difference. Seriously???? What kind of system is that? Why should a client go through so much hustle just to recover their money.

I have been a loyal MOMO Client but after the terrible experience, it's goodbye, clearly our moneys are not safe. �

Am very disappointed with you ba mtn someone mistakenly sent me airtime instead of money that is supposed to be used for my sister's medicine dispite explaining and involving someone's life u could helped..I went to mtn jacaranda only to be told that nothing can be done we can't reverse the transaction u just have to start selling ur airtime.. The Free MTV + platform is really giving life to Mobile Television, i urge you to Introduce channels like Bloomberg, CNBC, Sport, Prime, Emmanuel TV, Prophetic Channel, Miracle TV, Geographical Chann...el, Investigative Discovery, BET, SABC 1, 2, 3, test these channels and see how your viewing audience will increase enormously. I would have given you 5 stars if you had included Bloomberg a channel for business news and finance of which I believe as MTN you are promoting entrepreneurship. See More

The data service on MTN Zambia is appalling. It is intermittent and blacks out just when you need to do critical things like internet banking. Perhaps it is the way MTN Zambia is improving its profit... margins on data as most data bundles are time barred; the poor data reliability means one uses less data in the cycle. Fix it MTN See More

MTN is stealing from us. They claim to have given me 100% bonus valid for an hour and after 20 minutes my main account was depleted and no bonus was given.

The network makes you pay ransom for OPTING OUT of something that you never OPTED INTO in the first place. Yet it keeps getting my K1 for the same if I don't opt out.
