Site update: Fixed a couple of recent bugs. YouTube titles should now properly appear ( replacing the annoying "devicesupport" ) Also, channels loop again ( and cycle to the next one if you happen to use the playlist feature ) Please let me know if you encounter any other bugs. YouTube has made recent API changes so it's quite possible I might have missed something.

A few updates to the site this evening...fixed the following bugs:
* Annoying misalignment issues which were noticeable at different zoom levels
* Inconsistent LCD title bar positioning
* Chrome bug in which keyboard events were sometimes ignored
If you discover any other quirky bugs please let me know
:)
Finally pushed an update to the site tonight that's been long overdue: Full-screen video mode
You can access this new feature by cycling through the current video modes with the 'f' key ( ESC to exit ) Also in this update I've patched a lot of old full-screen bugs.
Enjoy!
The trivia section of the site now includes the following categories: Events, Movie Releases (Opening Day), TV (Originally Aired), #1 Song, Video Game Releases, Births, Deaths. If there's any new category I could can add to make it more interesting, please let me know.
Tonight's update: The trivia section now included the #1 song of the day (by selected year) Currently investigating an issue with Firefox and IE browsers showing perpetual static ( For now, you can use the Chrome browser as a workaround )
Recent site update: I've added a "Today in ..." pane to the right side which gives you historic trivia based on the current year selected (and today's date)
It's been long overdue, but I'm in the process of putting together a introductory guide for the site (explaining the various features and controls in more detail.) Here's a basic rough draft I have so far. Is there any feature you feel is missing, or would just like to learn more about?
Update #2: For those of you that find the tube border glow effect distracting, you can toggle it off now by pressing the 'g' key.
Update: Improved "Share Channel" feature. Now properly embeds an image of the shared clip in your post (instead of the default site logo.)
New feature: Press the 'y' key to continue watching the current channel on Youtube instead, so you have direct playback control.
Other changes: Reduced static noise volume to a less annoying level and fixed an issue which was causing the secondary full-screen mode from being accessible in Safari browsers.

Some great news to share: today we were featured on Vsauce! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwMud3eGbDo ( The My90sTV segment starts at about 40 seconds into the video )
Another nostalgic TV simulator I recently created to capture the memories of the 1990’s. Includes classic ads, music videos, movie trailers, TV shows and more. Hope you enjoy!
