MyBootcamp is an amazing fitness program. There is nothing I have found that is better. The workout, the people, and the support you have once you walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly, and the en...vironment is welcoming and supportive. I grew up in sports and never had to for the sake of working out in my whole life. When I have to workout on my own, I have no direction, struggle to push myself, and eventually give up feeling disappointed. Here you have a goal, you have a group of people who are as excited about the workout as you are, you have coaches who will push you when you need it, and help you when you need help. It honestly is just a wonderful experience. See More

You name it, I've tried it when it comes to exercise, so I speak from experience when I say this is the best fitness program I've ever participated in. As a physical therapist, it's important to me t...hat the exercise routine I participate in be biomechanically sound and safe and this is! Another plus of this program is the nutritional component. You cannot out train a poor diet! Learning how to eat for health is priceless. With all of that said, the best part of this program is the people! The MyBootcamp trainers are fun and energetic. They motivate you, encourage you, and push you when needed. The other participants are warm, welcoming, and open to all levels of physical fitness. A longggg time ago, I was part of Patrick Avon's, Sargent's Program. To know we have this talented, dedicated individual leading his team and they are right down the street from us, with the My Bootc...amp Program, has changed everything for me. Yes, I was scared and intimidated to start this program, but the coaches somehow convince you you can do it by expecting you to do so!!! It is not often that I meet people who inspire me to this level, knowing they are perfect for the profession in which they selected. It is obvious that Patrick/Sarge loves what he does and members of My Bootcamp are given personalized attention so they can be the best they can be at any age or any shape. Thank you!!♡ See More

I came back to MyBootCamp after an extended absence and am happy i did. The atmosphere there is very welcoming, whether you have been there for a while or are just getting started. All of the trainers... I have worked with have been very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They push you, as they should, but in a good way. They want you to succeed and do your best. I enjoy the small classes and the hands on instruction. They want you to do the exercises correctly as to benefit you the most and not hurt yourself. I look forward to going there each time and bettering myself. See More

I get up a 5am to get stronger, healthier, and improve the quality of my work day with my 7am session - and also to give me more power to keep up with my grandchildren. Been doing this for 2 1/2 year...s - it's got to be a great environment and substantial training benefit. My early morning response is, do I want to get up, after MyBootcamp session response is I would never have missed it. See More

I joined MyBootcamp about 3 months ago. I simply LOVE it! I had worked out before, but never with a trainer. The classes here are small (I attend a morning class) which really helps keep me motivated.... The Trainer is very attentive to proper form. The classes are different every day so I don't get bored. This is by no means an easy workout. I am always challenged and I feel like I am making great progress in my workouts. Each time I go, I feel so much better physically. Thanks! See More

Excellent training facility and THE best trainers and staff in the area. I have completed several marathons the past two years but felt there was something missing. I was working out in a local fitnes...s center when a friend recommended SARGE Athletics for my son's lacrosse training. At the urging of my wife, I checked it out and now I am so glad I switched. After several months I am feeling better and stronger than I have in years and look forward to making the nightly session. See More

On behalf of Craig..... Review;

I tried many home work out programs including (P90X, T-25 & Others) with some results but nowhere near what I have seen with the Sarge boot camp....
Sarge's MyBootcamp has (3) things going for them, first a very innovative fast paced work out session that seems to fly by, second knowledgeable trainers that know what the words "Proper form & Customer Service" means and third they get results! I would highly recommend the Sarge MyBoot camp program to anyone seeking better fitness & weight loss at any age.

I just recently joined My Bootcamp. I have a medical condition that limits what I can do. Patrick (Sarge) has personally worked with me to help modify my workout so I can still join in, but not hurt m...yself!
