This is not a diet....this is learning to eat healthy so you can BE healthy for the rest of your life. In seven months, I lost almost 40 pounds. I even lost weight on vacation because I knew the right... food choices to make.
At my last check-up, my doctor said my bloodwork was "better than ever."

I lost weight on the TrimLine plan/lifestyle change. If you follow it to a T, you will lose (unless there are other medical problems I suppose.) I was satisfied with the staff with whom I interacted... during the time I was there. You will also be regularly encouraged to buy their nutrition bars and extend your sessions with them. However, they apparently do not work with your insurance on this, even if it was suggested by a doctor. My insurance company wanted a brief paragraph describing their program (from TrimLine) and that was never given to me. So, I'll receive no reimbursement at all. Overall its a good program and you will definitely lose weight. I'm not one for carrying a physical book and writing things down as I eat. You can use the myfitness pal but their program works best wi...th using the book and determining how many proteins, fruits etc. you should have in a day. I did get confused at times on what and what not to do before a weigh in day since you learn that as you use the program. In hindsight, my plan assumed no less than 2 lbs a week so that did not leave any wiggle room for having an off plan day or week. The program also works best if you can be consistent week after week. For me, I often get that last minute text to go out for lunch or dinner which you were not expecting at the time of your meal plan. The plan also works best if you prep most of your meals and plan them out. I tend to have a lifestyle where I am on the go alot and that was challenging at times. See More

My wife had elevated levels of fatty liver and sugar was a bit high & cholesterol plus alt , ast . With the guidance of Nadi thru special dieting & supplements she was able to bring down all the numbe...rs in her fatty liver &alt , ast , along with sugar , plus cholesterol is all way down . It was a year ago in May 2016 when I first contacted Trimline, after hearing RJ Harris promote your program on the radio and reviewing your website. I was not happy with myself when the scale topped 2...40. I attempted to lose weight on my own and would do well for 2 or 3 weeks, then it was back to where I started.

So I called Trimline for more information and eventually signed up for the online program with Camille. While my goal was 30 pounds, I figured I'd be lucky to lose 10!

Now it's May 2017, and I've lost 42 pounds!!! I'm so happy that I reached this new "low," thanks to Trimline and the support, guidance, and encouragement from Camille. She was so helpful during our weekly phone calls, sharing suggestions and ideas.

The best part was that I was able to continue eating my favorite foods within reason and a little planning. The menu plan book was very helpful in preparing meals or eating out. I've learned to look at food in a whole different way and how it affects your weight. I feel so much better, have more energy, and have moved from the Women's Plus clothing sizes down to the Misses!

Thank you so much for being here and offering a program where you don't have to count points or buy specialty foods. I would recommend Trimline to anyone who wants to lose weight!
