NACCIMA REITERATES SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA), has reiterated its support for business friendly environment.

Speaking at the Stakeholders meeting with the trade delegation from Miami-Dade County, USA, the National President of the Association, Iyalode Alaba Lawson, MFR, FIoD, JoP pledged that NACCIMA as the foremost Business Membership Association in Nigeria will contin...ue to advocate and promote policies that ensure the creation of a conducive atmosphere for the pursuit of commerce, industry and all other forms of economic activity of interest to the private sector.

Lawson commended the Board, Management and Staff of the Nigerian Ports Authority for organizing the forum and for their work with the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) to institute reforms aimed at improving port operations.

Welcoming the delegation, the NACCIMA Boss expressed belief that the delegation would provide technical insight to support the programme of reforms laid out by the NPA. She however noted that the business forum like this will provide opportunity for increased trade relations with the United States of America.

The Stakeholders' Forum was facilitated by the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) to meet with the Trade Delegation from Miami-Dade, USA on the 30th May, 2017 at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
