Dear Marriott, after coming to Japan regularly for more than 10 years I have now had my worst dinner... experience ever, right here in your upscale Zenith Lounge on 52nd floor. Not only do you charge a cover fee also for your guests, but the food is terrible, your Chicken Basket is the worst meal I’ve ever had in Japan, and the service is terrible as well. When I told your staff that the food is terrible and that I couldn’t finish it, they just walked away and brought me the bill.
