Yes, we will definitely make you wait for at least 20 minutes, often longer until you get your meals. Our kitchen is so tiny that we can prepare up to 3 to 4 meals only at any one time. Our food is true SLOW FOOD

I prepare your meals, Miguel takes your orders and looks after you at the table. We go and buy all the fresh ingredients ou...rselves. All our suppliers are locally based small businesses. And we would like to keep it that way. We prepare everything ourselves with the greatest care and love.
We would like you to take time and enjoy the every bite of each dish. We would like you to think it was worth the wait.
We love to see you nodding and smiling as you eat our food! We love to see your empty trays and ramekins for our delicious home made sauce 'licked clean'!
We are grateful that many of you keep coming back to our @nambanoportokitchencafe despite knowing that you will definitely have to wait for your meals to be served. Please do come again, but we cannot promise that you will get your meals quick in time for your afternoon meeting.
