I cannot preach this enough! Just because you make a mistake and have something you know you shouldn’t does not mean you should give up! Do not use that as an excuse to eat crap for the rest of the day, week, month, etc. We all mess up. We all make mistakes! OWN it and then get back on track and do better! This journey takes time. Do not let one mistake undo all the hard work you’ve put in!
Great read today: God didn’t call us to judge others. He calls us to heal people & restore people. When we get down to lift others up, we can’t get any higher in God’s eyes. The closest thing to the heart of God is helping hurting people.
Tomorrow is a new day! Whatever happened last week, forget about it. If you made some mistakes, missed some workouts, or whatever...LEARN from it and move on. Make this next week a good one. Every single day is a new chance to work toward your goals. Everything you eat and everything you do will either help you achieve those goals or keep you from them. Make the choice NOW to make your workouts and stay on your nutrition plan! Lean on your team and your trainers for help and support! That’s what we’re here for!

This is what it’s all about people! This is in ONE years time. This is what hard word, dedication, and sacrifice will do for you. She is committed to her workouts. She doesn’t make excuses. She follows her nutrition plan and never tries to work in things she knows she can’t have. She gives 100% in every workout and gets stronger every single day. She didn’t just make a New Years resolution...she made a LIFESTYLE change! Sure, she lost weight and dropped some sizes. More importantly tho, she is HEALTHY! The same is possible for you! Stay on plan! Be strong! Create some willpower and exercise it every single day! Make your workouts and push yourself! You CAN do this!
