Most people think of title companies as a commodity business. A business that is there to get your transaction closed, whether it is your homeowner client looking to sell or refinance or your homebuyer looking to purchase. Most settlement... agents are great at taking in orders and getting them closed on time, and some may even add in other benefits such as mobile closings, however, are these things benefits or expectations? If I go to McDonalds, I expect them to get my order right, I don’t think of it as a benefit when they do.
