Good morning! Put on your running shoes and join us in Astoria Park this morning at 9 a.m. We are very charming.

Join the Hellgate Road Runners/New York on Foot run-walk group this Saturday, Jan. 27, 9 a.m., led by Hellgate members Arun Das (founder of New York on Foot) and Erin Nau.

Meet at the Astoria Park Field House (by the track). We will follow a 60-second run/30-second walk interval pattern (this is negotiable) for 3 to 5 miles in 12:30-15:00/mile pace, depending on who comes and what mileage they need.
