TIME IS RUNNING OUT !! A "Polka New Years Eve" at The Millennium Hotel-Buffalo is doing well. We have since added Entertainer Al Krew to keep the evening going in the hotel's lounge from 11:30pm till ...closing. The number of rooms available are now limited although you can still get in with the "Party Only" package for $80 per person. It includes everything except the room and the breakfast brunch. RSVP is a must, no walk-ins and a deposit is required. If you were debating about the room package, reserve now because there were only 25 rooms left. I'd like to Thank everyone, in advance, who are coming for their support. It is sincerely appreciated and looking forward to the BEST "Polka New Years Eve" EVER! vb

There are Niagara Falls success stories here and there! Why not more?

Congratulations to Mark Bridges, the Niagara Falls native won his second Oscar for costume design during last night's Academy Awards and also took home a jet ski, courtesy of show host Jimmy Kimmel, for having the evening's shortest acceptance speech.

To say Niagara Falls native Mark Bridges had a big night at the Oscars would be a bit of an understatement.

Every little bit helps to combat the 25% + poverty rate in Niagara Falls!

February 17, 2018 Niagara Falls High school opens store where students can shop – for free! This is just amazing. And considering the 26.7% poverty rate in Niagara Falls – it’s much needed, too. The teachers and staff at Niagara Falls High School have done something wonderful. They’ve donate...

Start planning or end up in the doghouse! One week away, and what better way to spend it with a loved one than dinner and a concert downtown and maybe a walk by the Falls?

We are always happy to spread the word about a community event for a good cause. Although this is in Lockport at Casual Dragon Games, a fun-for-the-family gaming event for a good cause such as Autism Speaks is worth the short drive!

Thank you WGRZ-TV and Pete Gallivan for bringing attention to this effort.

It was 121 years ago that the rich and powerful flocked to Buffalo to celebrate a major technological milestone. The "Power Banquet" was held in the then-brand new Ellicott Square Building, recognizing the first long-range transmission of AC power, from Niagara Falls to Buffalo.

Happy New Year! As we begin launching our 2018 strategy and ideas for the city, we wanted to point out January 27th will be a GREAT day for the aquarium!

Niagara Falls has enough challenges. We can not stand for this! Remember to vote for the city, the community, and the local businesses which keep us together and afloat!…/business-community-faces-co…/

It definitely happened Monday at city hall in Niagara Falls when the common council voted to declare November “Small Business Month.”

Join the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center on November 4th for an evening of experiencing the "class" in classical! (Hopefully we don't go "baroque" making these puns!)
