POOOOOOR customer service. Paid for our items 3 weeks ago on a Friday. Were promised delivery immediately on monday morning. With no delivery and on request we ...were told we have to wait a certain number of days for clearance of funds. We were not happy and were then promised delivery tuesday morning. Nothing. We then wendesday morning cancelled order and demanded our money back. Till today nothing. Please do not support this company. They take your money and work with it. See more

Good Quality that you can count on and the after sales service is also excellent. You don't pay double the price like other furniture outlets.

Very poor customer service. Paid for my bed 2 weeks ago, delivery was only done a week later, sales advisor full of excuses. Once the bed was delivered a week l...ater it was the wrong item and up until today, 2 weeks later I still don't have to correct bed.
Can't recommend this place at all. See more

Poor customer service!!!! I purchased items on Saturday paid and until today nothing was delivered. I have to follow and than no details can be found on the system. Seriously!!!

I had to call city police for their lies and poor service. delivering goods to customers is a night mare. racism is high also in this shop. This is not America hallow. They are fooling us this shop will be expensive give them a month or 2
