NIHONBASHI BREWERY.は、4月21日にアメリカ ポートランドで開催される日本とポートランドのコラボレーションビールフェスティバル『Fuji to Hood』に参加致します！
今回のイベントの為に、ポートランドのブルワリー「HOP WORKS」とコラボビールを作りました。
「HOP WORKS」のように地球環境に配慮したビール作りを目指しておりますので、今回は日本酒の製造工程ででる「酒粕」と檜商品の製造工程ででる「おがくず」を使ったビールを作りました。

弊社を含め日本の11の醸造所がポートランドの醸造所とコラボーレーションしたビール等が楽しめるイベントとなっています。...
ポートランドの方々に、日本の良さや弊社の想いが伝わるよう頑張ってきたいと思います！

The folks from Nihonbashi Brewery in Tokyo and Hopworks Urban Brewery have teamed up with Hopworks to make a very special beer for Fuji to Hood! Under the orig...inal guidance of Trever Bass and now in the Justin Miller's good hands, the collaboration will incorporate both sake kasu (lees) and Japanese cedar chips to have a sake-like character via an eco-friendly re-use of materials. Got a feeling that this beer will go REALLY well with sushi!
