I do not recommend them as their customer support is very unprofessional and had several bad experie...nces with their support and software. It's unfortunate as my initial impression was good, but after dealing with support I realize they do not do the right thing for their customers. See More

I unsubscribed from their trial TWICE and never received an email notification. And yet they went ah...ead and charged us the annual fee WITHOUT our consent. It is impossible to unsubscribe from their website! DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP.

I’ve messaged their customer service team and have not received any confirmation regarding my situation. Will take this up with our bank since it seems their customer service is hopeless.

Either their website is malfunctioning or their business is a fraud. Whatever it is, I am demanding a refund!!! See More
Yesterday
I went to cancel this service the day of my billing - they refused to say since I logged in to the s...oftware that counts as using it. I logged in to the software to cancel my service! There was no other way to cancel BUT to log in and now they are saying that since I logged in, I am stuck paying $891 for a WHOLE YEAR of services that I no longer want or need? I'll be taking your company off our website of recommended service providers and letting our very large e-commerce audience know NOT to use your services. See More
