So a few months ago i got int HPA, bought a Used NINJA tank that was 1 month from being out of warranty and needing a hydro, the guys at NINJA hooked me up, letting me know to send my tank into them t...o be recoated as the old coat was cracked to the point they field was afraid to fill it, so i sent it in which i wont lie it took forever to get my tank to be done being re coated but NINJA was there to help me with any questions and get it going through the way. After it being recoated i had it sent to NINJA for re hydro testing which took some time again but them helping me and figuring out all my problems helped A LOT, thanks to John the guys running the FB messages, and Dave at the coating center i finally received my tank as good as new, and im ready to get back out and play !! There is simply no competition. In the paintball world, there are many many products, and some are better and worse in certain ways. Most of the time, it's an opinion. It seems like you always have to... compromise one thing for another. The one exception to that is these tanks. I just picked up a ninja sl2, and it is simply better than any other tank on the market, in every way. That is a FACT. Do not second guess yourself for a second, every penny is worth it. See More

We have empire and ninja carbon fiber tanks, a few other random steel tanks, and the ninja tanks just seem to be made to a higher standard. I love my ninjas.

I thought the first ninja tank was great, then they came out with the new regulator and the SL. WoW..!! Jackpot..!! The tank itself is really good and the SL is so light you will forget you carring it... and the regulator is rebuildable so is cheaper than buying a new one and it has 2 Orings so you don't have to worry about the Oring failing. I wish they have made an 80 instead of the 77. See More

WOW, fantastic customer service folks. Jon was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Great customer service experience for me, Jon went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care, and he is still with me. This is one of the many reasons I pick ninja over all other tank companies, they provide a very solid product, and an even better customer service. You will be in good hands if you purchase ninja products! See More

Their tanks and Regulators in my opinion are the best on the market I shoot a variety of different markers the standard regulator is really easy to adjust the pressure output back and forth for a high... pressure marker to amid pressure marker I also have one of their SL v2pro regs and that is a really awesome regulator for a consistent Shot Two Shot accuracy See More

Ray Trimble and the rest of the Ninja employees are top notch at national events, and on the phone helping with anything that is needed. As a player and as a field owner I wouldn't go anywhere else fo...r air system needs. Best regulators made in the game, and easy to service when needed. The tanks themselves are durable and light. We have updated the post from yesterday in regards to SP-14932.

We also wanted to follow up with a new post in regards to the situation.

Based on information directly from the PHMSA we were informed the permit was expired and no renewal request had been received. This email along with no evidence provided anywhere on the PHMSA database with an updated permit led to the PSA being made.

We are continuing to look deeper into this to get the facts. It seems there may be some confusion even within the PHMSA in regards to this permit.

If there was a mistake at the PHMSA we do sincerely apologize for passing the false information along to you. We will be sure to post the updated Permit as soon as it is provided to us!

Our PSA was sent out as a direct result of a PHMSA employee informing is the permit has not been renewed See email below

Since there is some confusion surrounding the whole thing (even within the PHMSA themselves it seems) we have reached back out to see if we can get clarification on the issue.

Right now the biggest question is if the letter Immortal air provided is in fact an extension of the permit. Or if it is an "Allowance" that the bottles can be produced under the new ownership but must still follow the original SP-14932.

Again, based on the information we were provided Directly from the PHMSA the post was made.

Special Permit-14932 has expired 1-31-18. As of today 2-1-18 there is no renewal request in place by the bottle manufacturer.

While this does not affect any Ninja branded bottles we know many of our customers may have backup or extra tanks from other suppliers that were made under this special permit. Please check your bottles for this special permit number. If you have this permit number on your bottle the system can not be filled or used in any sort of commercial setting ( Fields, Stores, Etc.). This also means they cannot be hydrotested until the permit is renewed.

We at Ninja will strive to make sure any customer who owns a Ninja bottle can rest assured we will keep the permits up to date and valid for the life of your system. We recommend you reaching out to the brand name your SP-14932 bottle features and asking them if they will do the same.

Just want to shoot this out as a notice for everyone. We have applied for and have been granted the renewal of SP-14339! This applies to the bottles produced by Crossfire regardless of brand markings on the bottle. Make sure you have your local hydro testing facility reach out to the PHMSA and get the updated Special Permit!

Please share this to any groups or pages you might be in! Lets make sure everyone knows those SP-14339 bottles can still be used and hydrotested!

Have a great week!

One of the common leaks we see out there between fill stations and remote lines is a leak between the male and female quick disconnect.
