Reuben has spent decades working in Michelin starred restaurants, before turning his skills to building the multi-award winning Rootcandi - the UK's very best plant-based and vegan restaurant. His recipes have won competitions and awards, and even been featured in a prestigious British cookbook alongside the UK's top chefs. He's been with us all weekend and has already brought so many incredible ideas to the table. Prepare to be amazed on opening day!:)
