I can't live with the coconut... white balsamic drizzled over my fish- it's divine!
what is canola oil? there is no canola plant......
Get these outta the house ASAP. These cooking oils go through an insane amount of processing with chemical solvents, steamers, neutralizers, de-waxers, bleach a...nd deodorizers before they end up in the bottle. They promote inflammation in the body, which can lead to health issues ranging from Alzheimer's to heart disease. They're also usually from GMO crops. Stick with healthier oils like coconut and avocado for cooking, and olive and hemp oils for cold applications. Learn more here: https://foodbabe.com/2015/02/04/cooking-oils/
we do need some salt in our diet, this is a great visual to show the value of Himalayan Salt
Common table salt, or sodium chloride, is recognized as a toxin by the body - a cellular poison - and the body wants to get rid of it as fast as possible. This... places an unnecessary strain on the body's elimination organs. Sodium chloride also dehydrates the body, causing cell death. Sodium chloride also causes cellulite and what cannot be excreted gets converted into uric acid and deposited throughout the body, leading to arthritis, gout and kidney and gallstones.
So be sure to choose Himalayan rock salt or a good quality sea salt (the more grey this looks the better, as this denotes a natural drying process and lack of refining).
