Northeast Home Health CareHospital in Arlington, Texas
“I don't know where we should take this company, but I do know that if I start with the right people, ask them the right questions, and engage them in vigorous debate, we will find a way to make this company great.”
― Jim Collins, Author "Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...And Others Don't"

Northeast Home Health CEO Christian Collada and CMO Eduardo Orosa are welcomed at Philips Healthcare Telehealth & Lifeline Division headquarters at Framingham, MA. Philips a leading brand in healthcare technology partners with Northeast Home Health a leading provider in Home Health Care in the North Texas region to expand its reach to critical patients who have a high risk for hospital readmissions.
“We are committed to become the home health of choice in the DFW metroplex by bringing quality health care at home and reduce trips to the hospital.” says Christian Collada. Northeast is providing patients with high risk for hospital re-...admission the Philips Telehealth remote monitoring at home at no cost to them. In addition to the actual nursing visits of their compassionate staff, there will be telehealth equipment at home to monitor patient vitals to be transmitted daily to Northeast’s Case Management team.
According to Eduardo Orosa, “Northeast is raising the standard of care for home health agencies in the area. Agencies who cannot keep up will have a tough time especially with the ACO’s around the corner where outcomes will be clearly measured and monitored.”
This project is part of Northeast’s “Home for 30 Days” campaign to do everything possible through transitional care to prevent hospital readmissions in 30 days.
Northeast's implementation of Philips Teleheath Remote Monitoring has been proven to reduce Hospital readmissions. Like our page if you join our campaign. Contact us if you know someone who frequents the hospital or needs better care at home through a visiting nurse, therapist or aide at home. Medicare pays 100% for those who qualify.
Northeast is ahead of the curve by implementing a Telehealth Monitoring solution for Medicare Home Health recipients through Philips to reduce hospital re-admissions by remotely monitoring patients' vital signs data and send them short surveys about their health status.
Northeast Home Health provides a solution to Obama Care (ACA). Medicare beneficiaries are fortunate to have home health care benefits to fill that gap of patients being pushed out of the hospital.
Northeast provides Quality Health Care for Medicare Beneficiaries at the comfort of their Home... and it saves Medicare precious dollars by keeping it that way!
"Northeast Home Health care not only keeps families together which is overwhelmingly what patients prefer, it is far more cost effective for Medicare than institutional options.”
A great team with great leadership in a conference to kickoff 2013!!!
Northeast supports Medicare in reducing costs long term. "...A nurse who monitors someone with diabetes or a heart condition to make sure he takes his medications and has good vital signs may keep him from needing emergency care"
Northeast partners with Philips to assist North Texas Hospitals to reduce re-hospitalizations. Another initiative that will make Northeast lead in quality healthcare at home.
