Hey Team Sweet –
Hope you have all been enjoying this summer. And, I hope you’re rested and ready to Go! Go! Go!
We have one job to do between now and November 6, and that is to elect the person who represents the hopes and dreams of Mainers: Janet Mills. I am asking you to join me in working to get Janet elected as our next Governor.
I know you are committed to getting the job done and I KNOW you are a great activist. So please join me in the work.
There are lots of ways to help – calling, canvassing, talking to our neighbors and friends, and putting out signs.
Right now, according to all the polls I’ve seen, Janet is locked in a tight race with Paul LePage, Jr. *ahem* Shawn Moody. We need to stand with her today.
Make no mistake about it: ensuring a win for Janet is our only chance to reach the progressive goals we’ve set together.
Janet is a great fighter for Maine people. She’s been a fighter since her days at Colby, when she refused to abide by sexist curfews. She’s been a fighter for us her whole career.
And now she wants to fight for Mainers as Governor – and I’m in her corner. Join me!
