" In recent months, we noticed there is an increase in queries for Registered Mail Packages to Russia.

Transit time to Russia is also is taking longer than average, from 30 days to at times 2-3 months from date of posting.

The delay has been accrued to 3 core factors (1) Strict Russia Customs Requirements (2) Increase in Mail Volume incoming to Russia and (3) Shortage of Customs and Postal Manpower in Russia.

The Russia Postal Tracking at http://www.russianpost.ru/rp/servise/en/home/postuslug/trackingpo will only have updated scan results if the Russia Custom Office process to clear the package. For packages that is held at the Customs, no further update scan will be available.
