The kick-off day for the Black Lives Matter in Schools Week of Action here in NYC and across the country is here! We have so many incredible events happening over the course of this week, thanks to hosts of dedicated educators, organizers, artists and organizations and are excited to share our most recent Community Events Calendar. Please note, that some events have been added or edited in the past couple of days due to time/location/detail changes. For this reason, the live calendar will differ from any previous versions that have been printed or distributed. Please refer to the live calendar for the most accurate information throughout the week. Specific edits to make note of:

*New events from the NYCLU Teen Activist Project, Museum of the City of New York, Dignity in Schools and the CPE1 Parent’s Association have been added.

*The address and room for the Teaching Black Panthers workshop on 2/7 has changed.

*The event on 2/4 at Lion Theatre and event w/Batala at CCCADI on 2/6 have been cancelled.

*The Parent Power Workshop with NYCEJ has been rescheduled for March 3rd.
