September 13, 2013: The MONSANTO PROTECTION ACT about to be RENEWED AGAIN! TAKE ACTION NOW!

The Monsanto-driven rider, Section 735, currently included in the 2014 Continuing Resolution's spending bill (H.J.RES.59) as 'Farmers Assurance Provision' remains a biotech industry ploy to continue to plant GE crops even when a court of law has found they were approved illegally or are a health hazard. Further, it forces USDA to approve permits for such planting immediately, putting industry completely in charge by allowing for a “back door approval” mechanism. We must again fight the extension of this special interest loophole that nullifies court orders that are protecting farmers, the environment, and public health with NO LEGAL RECOURSE.
