Second day of Cyber Defence East Africa 2017 dedicated to practical cyber security training is over. Almost 100 security professionals learned how open source data and information analysis can increase the resilience of financial sector by preventing, deterring and investigating cyber-attacks. We hope that the provided training will contribute to successful creation of secure digital environment in Uganda!
Cyber Defence East Africa 2017 is currently taking place in Kampala, Uganda. Almost 150 cyber security stakeholders from East African commercial and central banks, ministries of ICT and finance, President's Office, communications regulators, CERTs, financial intelligence, law enforcement and academia have engaged in cyber security capacity building and cyber defence ecosystem development. So many valuable insights, so much potential!

NRD Cyber Security together with NRD Companies are proud to contribute to this meaningful partnership development - we assisted the Government of Bhutan in creating a national cyber security incident response team BtCIRT and improving resilience of national critical information infrastructures. In 2007 NRD also implemented a consultancy project "Enterprise Registration and Legal Regulation in Bhutan".
