On Saturday the CEO of NRD Cyber Security dr Vilius Benetis participated in Lithuanian - Japanese Business Forum held at the Office of the Government. Japanese delegation of 13 executives from the largest Japanese corporations was led by H. E. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan. Possibilities for cooperation in the fields of information technology and cyber security were among the topics discussed during the forum and throughout the PM’s official visit to Lithuania. The Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre at the University of Oxford has facilitated a review of the maturity of cyber security capacity of the Republic of Lithuania, hosted by Vilnius University and NRD Cyber Security. More than 20 Lithuanian public and private institutions, including Government Chancellery, relevant ministries, law enforcement and judiciary, national data protection agency, finance sector, and private entities were invited to participate in consultations to provide input to the national review:
NRD CS is now a member of European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO)! ECSO represents the industry-led contractual counterpart to the European Commission for the implementation of the Cyber Security contractual Public-Private Partnership (cPPP). NRD CS is the first ECSO member from Lithuania.
Second day of Cyber Defence East Africa 2017 dedicated to practical cyber security training is over. Almost 100 security professionals learned how open source data and information analysis can increase the resilience of financial sector by preventing, deterring and investigating cyber-attacks. We hope that the provided training will contribute to successful creation of secure digital environment in Uganda!

NRD Cyber Security together with NRD Companies are proud to contribute to this meaningful partnership development - we assisted the Government of Bhutan in creating a national cyber security incident response team BtCIRT and improving resilience of national critical information infrastructures. In 2007 NRD also implemented a consultancy project "Enterprise Registration and Legal Regulation in Bhutan".
