Norther Utah Radio Controlled Aircraft Club added 5 new photos to the album: Memorial Day 2017 — at NURCAC.
May 27, 2017

The NURCAC Memorial Day Fun-Fly will be held on Saturday, May 27 and is open to anyone who would like to come see our field, see our members, see our planes, or fly. You may bring anyone and any planes, helis, drones, or other to fly; we just want you out flying. (Must be current on AMA to fly or buddy boxes for non-members will be available.) The focus is on flying or demoing the planes that have been handed down to us from members who have passed. The noon-time fly will be ...focused on these planes, specifically, and we hope that you will display them, fly those that still fly, and be willing to share your story about them. Similarly, we would encourage warbirds of all kinds, shapes, and sizes for this Memorial Day event.
NURCAC encourages spectators and those interested in learning more about the hobby to come. We will have trainers available and will be serving hot dogs on a first-come, first-served basis around the memorial demo flights. Feel free to bring a snack, food, or beverage to share.
For more information, look us up on Facebook as the Northern Utah Radio Controlled Aircraft Club or e-mail club members Lonnie Fierro at lonniefierro@yahoo.com, John Larsson at jlarsson0@gmail.com, or Shalyn Drake at sr101182@gmail.com.
