During this program you'll be fasting (not eating) for 12 hours of the day and eating during the other 12. 2. There will be NO CAFFEINE...That's right...No caffeine whatsoever while detoxing. Also no dairy, eggs, protein shakes, sugary fruits or alcohol. 3. Each meal will have 1 protein from either baked or broiled fish, chicken, tofu or beans, 1 carb from either quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal or sweet potato, And 1 veggie of your choice. 4. Drink 6-8 8oz glasses of purified water a day. Extra stuff to help out: 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day, Omega 3-6-9 fatty acid supplement. It's tough but it works and you'll feel great!
