Hi all, Brian here. I wanted to give you an update on Caroline's book which is going to print next week - very exciting! Thank you to everyone who helped to make this happen and who pre-ordered a copy, we have been overwhelmed with the response. If you have pre-ordered through her website and haven't had a response then please check your email junk folder. We are hoping orders are going to be posted out by mid April, so thanks for your patience.

To celebrate the release we a...re going to hold a book launch at Maggie's Centre at St Bartholomew's, EC1A 7BE on Friday 1st May from 5.30pm - 9pm. It will be lovely to see as many of you there as possible and celebrate our amazing Caroline over a glass of fizz!

On a personal note I would like to thank everyone who came along to the church service; those who have taken the time to write cards, send flowers, texts, messages and supported the whole family through this tough time. She would have been pretty amazed and slightly embarrassed by all the lovely things everyone has said, but we all know they are true.

I've written a short post on her blog with more details, x @ London, United Kingdom

I write this post with a heavy heart to share the news that my beautiful, courageous and super talented wife Caroline died on Wednesday, aged 35. For those of you who have read her blog and followed her journey, you will know of her truly amazing positive spirit during some very tough times – she was a truly special lady. Thank you for being with her along the way and supporting her love of food and healthy eating. She found so much enjoyment, support and love from this platf...orm so I would like to thank you all. She sadly didn’t get to see her final book, but you won’t be surprised to hear that the day before she died, she was making changes to the final draft! She has been working on this project for years and I gain huge comfort knowing that a little bit of Caroline will be in people’s lives and kitchens for many years to come. Thank you for making it happen. Oscar and I are going to miss her greatly. Brian xxx

We are holding a service to celebrate her life on Friday 31st January at 1pm at the St James’ Church, Prebend St, Islington, London N1 8PH. All friends welcome. (Private cremation in the morning).

Incase you missed him on my stories, here is Oscar enjoying freshly picked tomatoes from the garden. He’s crazy about them and won’t give me a moment’s peace in the garden until he’s eaten every ripe one in sight 😆 But I can’t blame him, they are incredibly sweet thanks to all the sunshine this year. A bit of fun for a Friday! Some of you will have seen Oscar enjoying his first solids on my stories recently. Over two weeks I’ve introduced him to a different vegetable or fruit every day and he’s eaten all of them... definitely my son 🤣 All British organic seasonal produce, other than avocado and banana which obviously aren’t grown here but I couldn’t deprive him of those two baby favourites! Happy weekend everyone 💕 . . . #baby #weaning #babyfood #babyeating #healthyeating #healthy #seasonalfood #eatseasonal #seasonaleating #nourish #nutrition #nutritious #foodblogger #foodblog #feedfeed #foodblogfeed #foodlove #happybaby #yummy #tasty #babyweaning

Hello September, you crept up quietly! I love that September is a time of new beginnings, school years etc, but also the slow end of summer fading away. I love autumn produce, squash and root vegetables, apples and pears... but September is awesome because we still get all the summer stuff too 😊 I’m not letting go of the berries yet 😆 What are you most looking forward to with autumn? . . . #september #newbeginnings #autumn #eatseasonal #seasonaleating #nourish #nutrition #nutritious #seasonalfood #eattherainbow #foodblogger #foodblog #foodphotography
