I'm so grateful I found Oasis Spa and Salon! I stopped in before a flight back to Denver, and found my treatment to be the best I've ever had. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff at the ...front desk is so sweet and accommodating! They even took care of my luggage had it waiting as my treatment was finished. I went in early, and they welcomed me to relax in the quiet room. When it was time for me to receive my treatment, Ramona took amazing care of me! She was so wonderful to assess my skin type and recommend an amazing treatment that took years off my appearance. Ramona was the most professional and personable esthetician I've ever worked with. I can't wait to visit Manhattan again soon, and of course, visit Oasis for more sublime pampering. See More

Absolutely, the most wonderful experience ever! Took my just-turned-16 year old daughter for her very first spa experience. She was nervous and apprehensive. Emily was warm and nurturing and immediate...ly made her feel at ease, as did the rest of the staff. The spa itself is dreamy and inviting and lavish. She enjoyed the shower, the sauna and most especially the relaxation room. My daughter is a dancer and dances 30-35 hours per week. She had just come from a two hour audition and her body was in pain. She went with Nancy for the 60" sports massage and when it was done she was saying that she felt like she was on a cloud or actually, "I am the cloud". Best experience ever! See More

I have been to many spas in New York for editor previews and different events, but have never received the utmost service, attention to detail and class from an establishment like I always receive at ...Oasis. This is the reason I keep coming back time and time again. Their therapists are top notch, very professional and knowledgeable and spend the time to get to know you and the right treatment you need. Unfortunately I am changing my review do to lack of communication, support and respect from this establishment.

During my visit I was verbally and physically abused by someone who, as I was told, is ...a regular client at the spa. According to the client I was taking up too much room in the sauna so she felt it necessary to throw her bag at my head and call me a stupid bitch. I immediately reported this to the receptionist and manager and all they were able to do was apologise, the lady was left to have her treatment and continue in the spa as usual, even though I was trembling and in great shock!!! I was charged full price and sent on my way with no consequence to the woman who assaulted me. See More

Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere! If you write a poor review the owner will justify the spa at all expenses and make you out to be a liar when you have proof of a poor experience. As an honest... person and generous tipper it was very unfortunate to have such a sub-par spa experience. See More

Beautiful spa! Most accommodating. I was checked on frequently while waiting for my party to finish up. The owner insisted on taking me to coffee! An absolute must if you're in the area!
