The concierge c...omes to my house via bicycle, where they take away a load of my food scraps from my kitchen composting bucket and turn it into compost for growing food at community gardens. It's so easy for me because I don't have to perform the difficult task of turning it into compost myself. I'm happy that my smelly stuff can help make food for other members of the community.
