The WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. Their products are NOT worth your time, trust me.

I ordered a bag from them nearly two months ago for an xmas gift for a friend and the package was n...ot delivered. I contacted them and they had to put in an investigation with UPS, but told me they would call me back when the investigation was finished to let me know what they found out. Of course they didn't call so when I called they tried telling me that UPS found the packaged and redelivered it a few days before I had called, but wouldn't give me any information on when UPS claimed to have redelivered it.

So they had to put in a SECOND investigation with UPS for a lost package telling me this time would be quicker and they would, again, call to let me know what they find out. No call two weeks later...

Called OC and finally they agreed that the package was lost, but blamed UPS for not sending over paperwork to refund me. Said they would refund me and a week later still nothing in my account. I just called them and they tried telling me they already refunded me until I told them that I was literally looking at my statement as we spoke and they was no refund so they "looked one other place" and then told me they wold refund me "again".

We'll see if I get a refund this time around or if I'll be having to call them again deal with their well rehearsed monotone voices saying "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". It should NOT take nearly two months to get a refund for a lost package. I rightfully deserve a refund, but they are drawing this process out in hopes that it will eventually fall off my radar.....

In the first week of September, I ordered two sweaters. I liked one and wanted to send the other back. Since OC operates out of NY and I am in Europe, I had to order via BorderFree, some partner of th...eirs that you pay and then they handle taxes and import duty etc. After sending it back, I didn’t hear from them for nearly 2 months. Meanwhile I have sent several e-mails to OC. Everytime I got the same generic, evasive e-mail. ‘’We’re so sorry, we will look into it and contact you with updates’’. Every e-mail I sent was replied with this identical template (chatbot, much?). The moment I filed a complaint via Paypal was the second my parcel had suddenly arrived. I got an e-mail saying that I can expect my refund in 0 working days and if this exceeded this timeframe I could contact using the direct link (there was no direct link). Again, reached out to OC. We are so sorry, we will look into this and contact you with updates (still waiting). Borderfree replied to my complaint on Paypal and said they can’t refund while my complaint on Paypal hasn’t been updated to resolved, so I let them know that I did so immediately. Still no refund.
Now more than 3 months have passed, 11 e-mails back and forth, Paypal conflict opened and closed and I don’t have the refund or the item I paid for.
I have written confirmation that I will get my refund, so I trust they will honor their promise, but this whole experience was so time-consuming and frustrating that I will never order here again and I urge all my fellow Europeans, only order here if you are sure that you won’t return it and if you possess an endless amount of patience, since this will be tested endlessly.

I am really disappointed in the quality and the fit blocks are bizarre. I find the men's tops to be very short in the torso so I have to size up. One sweatshirt I bought pilled a lot and the screen ...print faded only after a few washes. The items are not worth the prices. If you really want something wait until it goes on sale. See More

Visited the Broadway location yesterday to return an item I had bought the previous day. I was on a trip to the city and had to return the item in person because we don't have an OC store in Dallas. I... had purchased the product with the tag removed, the guy who sold it to me (at the Soho location) had to get the product from the back and I bought it as is. He did not discuss the return policy with me. I went to this broadway location the next day and was met by an EXTREMELY rude employee that said I could not return the product because the tag was not attached! I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. This man was caucasian, wore a beanie, and had facial hair. I do not recommend shopping at this location, because the customer service is absolutely terrible for the price of the products. Borderfree never replied to my e-mails.
Plus the mobile website do not work at all.
You should change your buisness partner cause you will loose your clients and good reputation.

Avoid this company at all costs!!

I purchased a pair of white shoes for my wife and they arrived about a week later...damaged. Not only were the bottoms dirty as if someone had been walking in them,... there was a solid blue pen line going all the way down the tongue. I ordered white shoes, not white shoes with a blue stripe.

I contacted customer service to request a replacement and was told that they would send a new pair and a new email confirmation as soon as they arrived. We shipped them back on 3/7/17. Yesterday I checked the site to see if they were still there and they were available. Today (3/17/17) I checked the shipping confirmation number because I hadn't heard anything yet. I found that they had arrived back at the store on 3/9/17. So why hadn't I received any response?

I emailed customer support asking for a status and received a response about an hour later stating that unfortunately, they were out of stock with a canned email and a 10% discount code that does nothing now that I can no longer get the shoes my wife was in love with.

I was also told a refund had been issued, and not even a pending refund has posted as of right now.

This company is absolutely horrible and I would never order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Save yourself the time and shop somewhere else.

Maybe I was lucky but Talia was a great help in answering my queries about returns and assisting in setting up the return authorization. Will definitely shop on the online site again and personally in Tokyo!

I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about this brand!
first of all store staff in Soho on Howard street? AMAZING. Every time I visit NYC and go shopping it's the first place I wanna go.... Customer service is �STELLAR!� I'm always treated so well and welcomed so warmly; it's like shopping at a really good (and hip) friend's store.�
And I have never had anything but the penultimate of positive experiences in my online shopping experiences...and I live in �AUSTRALIA
so you can imagine what I'm used to from other retailers...but we won't go there. Anyway I just felt I HAD to say something after seeing all these whiney complaints (that quite honestly sound like these people have nothing better to do than complain about insignificant things. Lighten up ladies! You're not dying because someone ran out of stock. Boo-Hoo. select something else! Or don't....but for GOD'S SAKE;
GET A LIFE. Stop whining about your petty shopping issues.

I've found that when you are NICE, and you treat the staff of ANY store like they are interesting, helpful human beings....
SURPRISE, SURPRISE, they in turn will move mountains for you! If you approach any person and you're all bitter, angry, twisted and complaining... well, what exactly is their motivation todo ANYTHING extra for YOU?????
