    Steve will be playing the pregame happy hour for the Rochester Amerks game Friday night from 545-7! Greggy P will be sitting in on sax and cajon. Nate will be wandering around Blue Cross Arena. You will be there watching. We all have our jobs to do.

       Hey all you westsiders we are playing the rare Brockport show tomorrow night. It's at the new Tap Room which features several pool tables, darts, hand shuffle board and great food and drinks! We will have special guest Greg "Big Saxy" Puglisi playing with us. The Greener Grass Band plays 9-930 and 1030-11 and Oxford Train plays 930-1030 and 11-12! Hope to see y'all there!

      Thanks for all of the bands that came out today and participated in the event-increased awareness will lead to more money raised for research. Ideally had hoped for a higher attendance but those that did come out seemed to have a good time. Thanks to Steve and Randy who were the EMCEEs at the event and did an awesome job. Thanks to those that were there as volunteers in various roles (door sales, t-shirt sales, set-up/clean-up. selling raffle tickets) Thanks for the donation from Sentry for the fire safes that were used as door prizes. Thanks to those that did the sound system and did a great job in running the two stages. Thanks to Nashvilles Rochester that hosted the event.

       Remember that the music event to benefit childhood cancer is getting close and will be held on Sunday October 13, 2013 between 1:00pm-9:00pm with a variety of music featuring nine bands (line-up listed on the link below). Additionally there will be a limited food menu available and several 50/50 raffles during the event. Tickets are $10.00 per person or save with advance ticket sales at $15.00 for two tickets. Children under fifteen are admitted free. Advance sale tickets available from a committee member or at either Melissa by Hair Designs (4506 Culver Road; Rochester NY) or Nashvilles (4853 West Henrietta Road; Henrietta NY). If you want to take advantage of the pre-sale tickets and want to do it on-line if you go to the link below and make a donation for the ticket price to enable you to take advantage of the advance sale price. All money raised at this event will be donated to St Baldrick’s Conquer Childhood Cancer. Come out to support childhood cancer research and have a good time.
