Ask if you need something.
Do not waste your time with multi speed , single phase, fan motors.
Use some of inexpensive voltage regulators in order to reduce the speed.

Tricky 4/2 pole winding for crane motors often cause headaches.
Usually they are 3-speed motors with two separate windings:
- low speed and
- medium/high speed (4/2 pole in 60 or 72 slots).
Note that 4/2 pole winding has a:...
- 90 coils for 60 slots or
- 108 coils for 72 slots.
