Congrats to the Saginaw Police Department for receiving a $5,000 grant award from the downtown Saginaw Rotary Club, where AKT Peerless' Shellene Thurston serves as the Club Secretary. We are proud of Shellene and her Rotary colleagues!

Today we presented a check for $5,000 to the Saginaw City Police Dept.! This will help fund new night goggles and body cameras for our city police officers. Way... to go Downtown Rotary Club!

AKT Peerless is excited to be a part of the 640 Temple Street #Redevelopment Project in #Detroit. This project will be a catalyst for revitalizing the Cass Park Neighborhood by adding 70 apartments, 100 hotel rooms and restaurant/entertainment space.

Cost of the Detroit development, which also includes 70 apartments, a live music venue and restaurant, has ballooned to $65 million.

Michigan Economic Developers Association, formed in 1960, exists to advance economic development in Michigan by providing a range of services and programs to enhance economic development skills.

Another exciting development in Southeast Michigan — AKT Peerless proudly partnered to perform the #environmental due diligence (Phase I and II ESAs) on the new tech center property in Northville Township on behalf of Zhongding.

The $6.9 million investment, expected to create 80 new jobs, receives a $650,000 grant and property-tax break.

AKT Peerless is pleased to be a project partner at MBS International Airport in Freeland, Michigan, where we've conducted a hazardous materials inspection and are providing oversight for asbestos abatement throughout the demolition of the former terminal building.

That equipment was apparently working sometime after Christmas, as about half of the former terminal at MBS International Airport is pretty much gone.
