    •  Hi I Carl Caswell a political worker on behalf of the drug Culture first to speak at the state house in Boston MA USA and help get the people medical and doing work at the United Nations to get the culture represented their Drugs are talk about at the UN the people should have a right to talk back with We can use your help Their trying to stop smoking in the parks in Boston MA USA a culture of people smoke I feel bad when the government make laws against a culture of people. They take more freedom and liberty a way every day. Know any one want to help protest? We need Volunteers in this political battle for freedom and political rights The Drug Culture I say we are a culture of people made up of millions Its our freedom and political rights we fight for Until the people get represented in government and have the rights and power to make their own laws to help their culture of people Until that day happens the law makers will always have laws to try control us and suppress this culture of people The people will still have the sprite of liberty and together we can win our freedom and political rights so they will make it hard for us to meet. Join us speak out for your rights lets try to find and make more political meetings for the sprite of liberty and freedom Vote for a better way Carl Caswell just write the name in if you like. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mJ8zHJootA&feature=youtu.

  2. We have to recognize the injustices caused by this prohibition on our basic natural, human and constitutional rights. The strain it has put on our community and the distrust in government and law enforcement it has caused. We can be a smarte...r more compassionate and understanding community. We dont have to use force on our neighbors for a non-poisonous, benign, plant... That could possibly save the world, cure the sick..Provide food, fabric, medicine, fiber, fuel etc.. It's just a plant!

Do your research on cannabis/hemp/marijuana and I'll bet you will wonder what all this fuss has been about in the first place.

  3. The United States Census of 1850 counted 8,327 hemp “plantations”* (minimum 2,000-acre farms) growing cannabis hemp for cloth, canvas and even the cordage used for baling cotton. Most of these plantations were located in the South or in the... Border States, primarily because of the cheap slave labor available prior to 1865 for the labor-intensive hemp industry.

(U.S. Census, 1850; Allen, James Lane, The Reign of Law, A Tale of the Kentucky Hemp Fields, MacMillan Co., NY, 1900; Roffman, Roger. Ph.D., Marijuana as Medicine, Mendrone Books, WA, 1982.)

*This figure does not include the tens of thousands of smaller farms growing cannabis, nor the hundreds of thousands if not millions of family hemp patches in America; nor does it take into account that well into this century 80% of America’s hemp consumption for 200 years still had to be imported from Russia, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland, etc..

  4. Textiles & Fabrics Jack Herer (Official) The Emperor Wears No Clothes Chapter 2 http://www.jackherer.com/thebook/chapter-two/

Until the 1880s in America (and until the 20th century in most of the rest of the world), 80 percent of all tex...tiles and fabrics used for clothing, tents, bed sheets and linens, rugs, drapes, quilts, towels, diapers, etc., and even our flag, “Old Glory,” were principally made from fibers of cannabis.

For hundreds, if not thousands of years (until the 1830s), Ireland made the finest linens and Italy made the world’s finest cloth for clothing with hemp. The 1893-1910 editions of Encyclopaedia Britannica indicate, and in 1938, Popular Mechanics estimated that at least half of all the material that has been called linen was not made from flax, but from cannabis. Herodotus (c. 450 B.C.) describes the hempen garments made by the Thracians as equal to linen in fineness and that “none but a very experienced person could tell whether they were of hemp or flax.”

Although these facts have been almost forgotten, our forebears were well aware that hemp is softer than cotton, warmer than cotton, more water absorbent than cotton, has three times the tensile strength of cotton and is many times more durable than cotton.

  5. Friends and community,
It seems aside from the obvious affront on our life, liberty and happiness through prohibition and it's wrongful enforcement, we must also be watchful of those who appear to be on our side. Please be watchful of the t...he legislation they put forth for you to support. Always read it carefully and ask questions. Some legislation may have great titles but don't let that fool you. You must read them!

We should not allow these initiatives and legislative acts to create new or cannabis specific taxes. There are already tax codes in place for commerce in food and other commodities.

We should make sure that initiatives and legislative acts provide for the safety from corporations and monopolies, that we dont allow patents and GMO's on cannabis, That we dont invade Doctor patient relationships and confidentiality, or ones right to his own body and health, that we dont create special ID cards for patients or users, we should protect the right of the parents to make health decisions for their child or children. That beyond having found THC in ones system and the obtainment of DNA or other bodily fluids, law enforcement should have to prove probable danger or threat to others while driving, Ie.. swerving, recklessness, etc...then obtain a warrant for search of said DNA or other bodily fluids.

Thats just a few things we should consider and demand for any petition, initiative or legislation.

  6. We know the legalization community and the legislatures are going to tax cannabis. We dont support any taxation of this plant. However, if they are going to tax it anyways the least we can do is demand that NO NEW or CANNABIS SPECIFIC TAX b...e created. We already have tax codes that cover the buying AND selling of groceries, foods and other commodities of this type. Just say no to any cannabis specific taxes. The community will gain enough off the already existing tax codes, as well as the taxes regained by not enforcing and incarcerating people for cannabis offenses.

  7. If you are unable to attend the cannabis/hemp/marijuana event and rally today please consider calling or contacting your reps via email or snail mail.
    http://www.oklegislature.gov/FindMyLegislature.aspx

My message will go something like th...is...

Hello, Mr/Mrs __________ I'm calling today to ask for your support to de-schedule cannabis/hemp/marijuana from the Oklahoma Controlled Substances act and to exempt it from the act like coffee, nicotine, alcohol and other consumable substances.
Please stop wasting our money and time as well as the tax payers money by having us fight this unconstitutional battle with the State & Feds. Stop the constant erosion and violation of our rights through this unwanted and unjust war on a plant. Work to release the imprisoned and have their records expunged and done away with. Please proceed with the State Nullification process. Nullify the Prohibition of Cannabis now.
I want my natural, lawful and unalienable right to this plant, my health, my mind ,my body and my soul be completely restored. I respectfully ask you start working on this at your earliest convenience as to minimize the damage already done by your inaction.

  8. This bill gives me the impression that the bills writers and their supporters still believe 1937 reefer madness propaganda. Do we really think marijuana is this dangerous to have such rules, regulations and control? READ THIS BILL BEFORE YOU THROW YOUR SUPPORT INTO IT, OR BEFORE YOU GO ASKING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.

    http://alturl.com/c2rdz
  9. There is an event and rally for legalization coming up. We want to encourage you to attend, but there is a twist. We want you to go and talk about exempting, DE-scheduling, repealing and nullifying cannabis prohibition when you talk to your... representative.

Let them know you feel this is an unconstitutional act, that you feel this is a right not delegated to their regulations and control, but a right of nature, the law and the constitution.

let them know you want the state nullification process to begin and for our natural, lawful and unalienable rights to cannabis be completely restored.

Let them know you want the people released from our prison system and their records expunged and destroyed. That what goes on between your Doctor and yourself is none of the States business, nor is it their profession to decide anything in terms of the medical use of cannabis.

In any case please consider using words like, lawful, repeal, nullify, exempt etc...

Please avoid wording like legal, legalize, control, regulate etc..

Dont cause trouble with the legalization crowd, just speak to your reps about it in a way they get the message you want this repealed and nullified ASAP.

We would also encourage you not to say anything about SB2116 unless you are absolutely sure you support it, or absolutely sure you don't. READ IT FIRST PLEASE!
