I so appreciate the staff at the Animal Clinic. They are very caring and take the time to fully explain medical options for my Barney. I don't mind the long drive to get to a vet that I completely trust,

Cannot imagine ever using another vet in Marion county.... This is not just a business like a lot of .clinics but a facility that treats you and your pet the way you should be treated. Much appreciation to everyone at the Animal Clinic.Cannot say enough!!

I took both of our dogs in on the 25th or 26th of May prior to our move from Citra to Tallahassee to make sure everything was up to date and get heart worm test and meds. Asked for a 6 month supply an...d written RX. Was given a free 1 mo. supply, and NO RX. Joy is who I have had to deal with on the phone.

It is a LAW in Florida when you move, where ever you move to, the vet you go to cannot give out meds REGARDLESS without doing a check up on them. I had the choice of another check up or heart worm meds.

I called the Animal Clinic and Joy said there is NO LAW (even Petsmart here verifies this is the LAW) and the vet should have just called for the records. We tried a total of 6 vets at this point and they all say the same thing.

After much debate Joy (being very unfriendly to me on the phone) said they would mail the RX for both dogs. The RX's are dated 6/19/15. I Received them at the post office with my daughter as witness to all of this mess on 6/25/19. They refuse to receive the call from 800PetMeds where we are now having to go to get them and Rudely yelled at me that I would have to mail it to 800Petmeds -- not caring my dogs would be with heart meds at the appointed time and hung up on me.

They gladly took over $200 from me at a time funds were in short supply as we were moving. I will be reporting them to the State Dept. over this matter and the treatment I have received. Hopefully the State can update them on Florida's Laws!!

Some one dumped this sweet kitty in the woods near Julie's house. She is gray with 4 white socks, spayed, Felv/Fiv neg, and vaccinated. She needs to be indoors and loved. She seems to not do well with dogs. (Afraid). If interested, please stop by and check her out
