Mavi is an incredible chef! We had the wonderful experience of taking a cooking class with her, and the entire day was one I'll cherish. She started the day showing us her favorite markets, which perfect for us as we live here 6 months of the year. Then she brought us back to her home and we prepared our pre-chosen dishes together. After preparation, we sat down together and shared a wonderful meal together. She is such a wonderful person, and I know we've met a friend for life. I highly recommend her classes, as well as her chef services for your special events. Bon Appetite! See More

Mavi is just amazing. Her insight into Mexico and Mexican cuisine is incredible. Though I was not able to attend in person, my husband did, and he re-lived every detail to me each night, and brought... home goodies for me to taste. Enough to know what a treat I missed, and to promise to be there for Mavi's next cooking adventure. See More

We had an amazing class with Mavi today. Shopping for the food and then helping to prepare it was wonderful. And of course the food was delicious. Thank you, Mavi for today!!!

We just spent a week in Puerto Vallarta and the trip was really defined by the two delicious meals that Mavi prepared for us at our home rental. She came to the house with all of the materials to mak...e authentic, gourmet meals (4 courses). Our first night, she highlighted the fresh, local seafood that she had purchased at the market that morning. The fresh ceviche and grilled fish were amazing. For our second meal a few nights later, she prepared authentic Mayan pork and she even made fresh sopes and tortillas to accompany the meal. We were even able to pick up a few cooking tips as we watched and chatted with Mavi during the meal preparations. Overall, an excellent experience and delicious meals! See More

Dinner for 14, on our rooftop overlooking the bay, Mavi and her staff created an excellent meal as well as environment, and when they left the kitchen was cleaner than when they arrived!
Her brother G...erardo from Flowers to Go did beautiful flower arrangements as well.
Thanks to all of you.

Chef Mavi is amazing. Words cannot describe the incredible day we had. The two of us had a private cooking lesson with Mavi that included a trip to the butcher, produce market, tortilla factory and se...afood market. Then back to her incredible home overlooking the Marina for a delicious 3 course meal!!! We learned so much and made a new friend!!! Thanks Mavi:) See More
