Brown 3 #of ribs in small amount of shortning
add 1-2 med. onions
in bowl mix together all the following
3/4 cup catsup 2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
3/4 cup water 1 tablespoon salt (if disired)...
2 tablespoons vinger 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
pour over ribs simmer 2 or more hours
The longer they simmer the better they are. I have browned and sauced the night before and put in crock pot low setting dinner almost ready when I got home just mashed taters and baked bisquets.
I also make gravy out of the sauce for bisquets and gravy mmmmm my whole family loves this and the frozen ones southern style are just yummy and easy for this
