Took my car to get repaired after being side swiped. They took care of everything. After the initial inspection (done by the driver who hit me insurance) B&J did a more thorough inspection found that ...they missed some evident damage. They took care of everything with the other insurance company, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing while my car was being worked on. My maintenance light was also on for a routine oil change so after my permission, they took my car to Honda to have it serviced the morning of pick up and my car was still done on time. That saved me so much time and was such a huge help as I’m a working mom with two kids, so getting my car in for stuff like that can be a pain. It came back looking like the day I bought it. Our car broke down just short of the freeway offramp, so we pulled over and called AAA. They told us to expect a towing service to arrive within 20 minutes and Jerry, from B&J Towing arrived within 1...0 minutes. Service could not be better. He immediately suggested that we sit in the cab of his tow truck (cozy and clean). Everyone was upfront about the additional cost of towing back to the shop that had done recent work on our car versus receiving a free tow to a nearer auto shop. A friend locked his keys in his car after church. I called AAA and was informed to expect the serviceperson to arrive in 60 minutes or less. Sean from B+J Towing was there in 20. Exceptional custome...r service! January 8th, terrible weather that day, Sean arrived with smile. Within minutes he had the door open. I am very pleased with the service we received! Exceptional! 3rd time I've had a vehicle in here for repairs after an accident and EACH time I've been more than happy with the quality workmanship and customer service I've received. I'm not looking to coming ba...ck again, but if I'm ever in an accident again I won't hesitate for one second to take my car back here! See More

The owner Sam personally came to my house to look at my car and spoke with me and my dad and was very nice he apologized for the previous services I received from them yesterday and was a HUGE help. H...e even came to me before his lunch just to fix the misunderstanding. He's definetly worth his weight in gold and I'm extremely thankful he stepped up and helped me. THANKS SAM See More

As a triple A member, b&j was dispatched to me when I had trouble with my vehicle. The driver (Kyle), was super friendly and knowledgable. UPDATE: Since posting my reviews of B&J, I was contacted by the owner Sam. He reached out after seeing the review and wanted to rectify the situation for me and my husband. He purchased this business ...a long time ago and takes a lot of pride in how his shop is run and how his customers are treated. He looked into the situation for us and apologized for what happened and how we were treated. He then offered to refund the whole amount of our transaction AND some. I have to admit, I am blown away the owner reached out to us to make this all "right" for both himself and for us. I am not a fan of the employees at that particular location BUT I have so much respect and faith in Sam and him correcting that. I feel like Sam went above and BEYOND to get in touch with us and to help us. He didn't have to do either. I am truly touched and would definitely be willing to give B&J another chance (although hopefully just for body work lol). I am a fan of the owner of this company and really believe he wants to do what's right and take care of all of his customers. It's nice to know there are still people out there that genuinely care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you again Sam!!! Truly touched my heart and did WAY MORE than expected :)

WORST COMPANY EVER!! My car ended up missing one day. It was last at the building that my husband and I rent out. We then saw my car was gone. We weren't sure if it was stolen or towed or something else. We did see a sign at the front of the parking lot with B&J Towing Body Shop's information on it stating that if your car is towed to call these numbers (one was theirs and one was CHP's). Because we were unsure what happened, we called B&J. It was a Sunday )July 23rd) so their on call person answered the phone and had no information. Wasn't kind or helpful at all. We asked to leave a message, he told us to call back during business hours. We then drove by their lot to see if my car was there. After not being able to see my car we called CHP to see if it had been reported as being towed. They had 2 different departments look into it and neither could find any record of it being towed. They also informed us that tow yards have 24 hours to report all cars. We then called B&J again that nest day (Monday July 24th) a total of 3 times and every time we were told they did NOT have my car. I talked with a lady that answered the phones both times and was blown away how rude she was and how little she wanted or offered to help. We then file a police report for my car being stolen since CHP had no information regarding it being towed and B&J claimed they didn't have it. Because my car was not fully fixed it had not been registered yet. We had to begin the registration process and pay all fees (over $200) just to be able to file a police report. We filed the police report on Monday the 24th as well. Then on Tuesday August 1st, we get a call from CHP that my car "has been found and is not at B&J Towing". They gave me the number to call. The exact same place we had called the week prior. Because we got the call from CHP late in the day by the time we called the tow yard, they were closed. Again whoever answered the phone was extremely RUDE. Telling us they were in the office and my car wasn't in their system and they didn't' want to have to go look outside in the yard. So we called Wednesday August 2nd right when they opened. The lady that answered the phone was short and very snotty. I then asked where my car was found. I then find out it was taken from the building we rent on July 21st. 2 days before we started calling them to find it. I tried asking what happened because CHP had told us they have 24 hours to report it as being towed and I was told 3 separate times they did not have my car. She then told me I was being charged the towing fee and a storage fee for the 13 days they've had it there. I should not be responsible for any storage fees when I tried calling and was told they didn't' have it. I finally got them to waive almost all of the storage fees but again the lady I spoke with was rude and short and not super forthcoming or understanding. My husband then goes to pick up the vehicle and starts asking questions to find out what happened? We were upset and super confused. The employee than TOLD him it was a clerical error and that they didn't file the forms with CHP when they were supposed to. The papers got filed just like the day before CHP called us. Which is illegal!!!! And obviously why no one could locate my car when I called 3 different times. He then told my husband they entered the model of the car into their system incorrectly. So when we called the night CHP called they still couldn't find it. Then when my husband starting asking more questions like if that's how they work all the time and if that's ok, the man that was helping him started slamming doors in his face and being extremely rude. I am SO appalled and disappointed in how we were treated. I understand they towed my car due to whatever reason, that's not on them. My issue is them not following the LAW and doing what is required of them and the HORRIBLE and CRAPPY attitudes and customer service by everyone we dealt with. We were lied to multiple times and handled like we were dirt and didn't matter to them.

Officer Mike Ericson was interviewed by media affiliates KCRA 3, ABC 10, CBS 13, Fox 40, and AM 1530 KFBK today. Most interviews air at various times tonight. A...BC 10 airs at various times tomorrow morning. Officer Ericson updated the public on his healing progress and expressed profound gratitude for the outpouring of public support.
