I am a long time fan of these guys. I frequent the Queen location most. Today I had a birthday lunch planned for my husband on his break, I went in and ordered... my food to dine in and it was then packaged up and my name called. (Yonge Street location) when I stated that I ordered my food for there and wasn't stoked on it being wrapped and soggy. I was met with hostility from one of the cooks who walked up to the Counter where I was asked to wait and with mega attitude he said yes?. I explained my situation and he said I can unwrap it for you but I'm not remaking your food. I said that I would like my money back, he said no because according to him there was nothing wrong with my food. After a few minutes instead of just remaking my food and keeping a loyal customer happy he said fine I can have my money back and get out of the store. I old hate to boycott this place because I think the food and service at the Queen location is stellar but if something is not done I can say that myself and a few others will just not be coming back. I'm a cook myself and can honestly say that I would much rather my patrons leave with a smile then tell them their co certs are not valid and loose them moving forward. عرض المزيد

Great price and great quality food! I highly recommend it, but you need to be ready to expect a bit of a crowd if you go there around lunch time on a weekend. We tried the lemongrass
