Belle Vue stables in the Vale of Belvoir. A lovely place to learn to ride or to pick up those rusty reins and get back in the saddle to re live those earlier days, well worth a look

My 10 year old daughter's favourite day of the week is riding day & spends all week waiting for Saturday - FANTASTIC!!
Essential Friday important grown up jobs on the yard!! 😆🚜
Today we had a long over due play over some jumps in the ménage. This is Tara having lots of fun on our lovely Tangle who is a rescue from Bransby. He took off a bit early & clipped this one unfortunately but went on to jump a very respectable 80cm with ease. Yay!!!!! Who doesn't love a bit of slowmoooooooo 󾌵

Sadly our beloved old boy Bluey past over rainbow bridge this week. He’s taught so many lucky children to ride over the years. We will miss him very much. Fly high gorgeous boy. 🌈🏇💔

**The Horse has now been moved from the field along with the padlock and chain . We believe the owner has attended and complied with the aban...donment notice . Thank you to all who shared and offered help . If you can offer foster homes and help for other horses in distress then please get in touch with your local registered Horse charity who are always grateful for any assistance .**
The RSPCA have attended and scanned the horse for a chip checking for branding and freeze markings none of which are present. They have no concerns for the welfare of the Horse and although not ideal believe that the field is secure . The land owners have been contacted to place a 96 hour abandonment notice on the gate . Enquiries continue re the owner and it is not believed to be stolen at this time

Concerns have been raised about a Horse that has been left in a field next to the canal on the old A46 at Cropwell Butler. The horse has been left with a distinctive rug on and has recently been clipped.
It has been left in a field without the owners permission so there are concerns that it may have been stolen from elsewhere and abandoned .
If you are the owner of the horse and have had to leave it temporarlily for any reason and intend returning to it please can you contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101 inc 537-06012018 ASAP .
We are anxious to identify the owner of the horse as soon as we can .

A lovely girly Friday morning hack, although I feel there was more gossiping than riding going on!!!! 😊

Welcome back to our Jayne our newest/oldest member of staff who returns to Bellevue after around 15 plus years. So the original Allan dream team back together at last, he would be so proud. Abi, Lucy and Jayne(some of the horses too) are all a bit older, wrinklier and definitely no wiser but always guaranteed to have to yard running like clockwork. We just can’t stay away!! 😘😍

Introducing our newest recruit - the gorgeous Alfie. He's settling into his new home and is already a favourite with some of our smaller riders.
