Stayed here from nov 29-4. The staff are welcoming and the hotel was decently clean. However we had trouble with our room keys. Every single time we tried to use one, it was a struggle and the staff ...had no solutions for us. We were told the walk to Disney was only 5 minutes but its more like 15-20 minutes. The beds were not queen as advertized, but full which sucked a bit as we were sharing beds so it was a little tight. House keeping also did zero cleaning other then made the beds. Not that we were messy guests, but it would nice if the garbages were changed & the bathroom cleaned & had more then two towels. The bathroom also began to smell a little funky after a few days. The view for the fireworks was decent and the hot breakfast was good. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, its just different then what we were used to.(we had just stayed at Paradise Pier hotel & it was amazing). See More

We just stayed at Best Western Plus Stovalls Inn, Anaheim for the 3rd time in 3 years. We can't imagine staying anywhere else for our trips to Disneyland. The location is excellent and very close to t...he park. (Pro Tip: You can see the fireworks perfectly from the 2nd story balconies on the East side) Walking is possible but the Anaheim Resort Shuttle that picks up right outside is very convenient, especially after a long day of walking the park. The room ammenities are comfortable and clean and never disappoint us.
I will say, Breakfast is probably our favorite thing about this place and it's not just weak donuts and fruit. They put out a wonderful spread each day. A full, hot breakfast to fuel up for the day adds even more value to this gem. One less expensive meal in the park, or out at a restaraunt.
The pool and hot tubs are a nice way to unwind after a long day of walking Disney. One of the pools is heated and the sculpted bushes always amuse our daughter. We love Best Western Stovall's Inn and will continue to stay here any time we are in the area.

We stayed there with our family , 4 rooms and we all really liked it . It is not as busy as Harbour blvd , that being said we have stayed at another BW on Harbour and enjoyed it as well. It is fairly ...quiet, clean, good selection for breaky and the pools and hot tubs are great as well.... Not to forget the staff , they were amazing as well. Looking forward to our next trip See More

Stayed here last week. Clean property. Clean room. Staff gave me a ton of options at check in (what floor I wanted, near the elevators, towards the back of the property, near the pools, etc). Closer t...o Disneyland than I expected! Breakfast was hot, with several options. Pool area was clean, and didn't smell overly chemical. As silly as it sounds, I loved the remote control for the heater/AC unit--so nice to change the temperature from bed when I woke up too warm! Beds were comfy. Carpet was clean (passed my white sock test easily!). Lots of hot water for showers, and a deep tub that I could soak in when I was sore from so much walking at Disneyland. Definitely going to be one of our go-to hotels! See More

This place is by far full of the most wonderful friendly staff. We flew over from Australia & I stayed there with my daughter & 2 grandkids for 2 weeks from June 25th until July 9th. We checked out on... July 6th to head to Vegas for the rest of our stay but returned the next day & were so glad to be back we called it home. The buffet breakfast was great & the shuttle service was so handy catching it right out the front. Last time I was in Anaheim was 25yrs ago & although its grown so much the people everywhere there are still the most friendliest I have ever met. I cant wait to go back. See More

Reading some of the reports here only tells me that there are some really stuck up people out there. If you want five Star you have to pay for it. The prices here are very reasonable for a hotel so cl...ose to Disneyland, this is my 2nd time i have stayed here and i have had no problems so if you have a family this is a good place to stay. We stayed there recently. Walked into the bathroom the first night and there was a cockroach on the floor. We took a picture of it and went to the office. They moved us and reimbursed us for our The only other issue was the cleaning at the time. We had to ask them to clean our room. Later as we were coming home I noticed my kids itching. I checked their heads and they got head lice .... would not return. See More

I stayed at the Anaheim Best Western with my wife and daughter for 9 days. All in all it was pretty poor. Here is a list of issues that I had while I was there:
The Aircon was so loud that you couldn'...t sleep with it on but it was so hot that you couldn't sleep without it.
A number of times I found fleas jumping around, not to mention the cockroaches that I found.
The dripping taps could not be stopped.
The initial stink that was there when you first walk in because the drains hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long.
The drawers that you kept your clothes in would not stay all.
The door swipe cards never worked and we basically had to get new ones every single day.
We had an issue with the tv one afternoon and waited for over an hour to get it fixed. Even then it still didn't work properly.
One of our own face towels was taken by one of the cleaners which could not be recovered.
When we returned after a long day out, the beds were never properly tidied. They were basically left how we straightened them up slightly before we left.
The mattresses would have been a few decades old. They were springs and low in the middle so you would always roll inwards which at the end of the night would kill you back.
The power plugs were dangerously loose and coming away from the walls.
There was adjoining door to the next door room that the kids from next door would constantly bang on even when we asked them to stop, even still when staff asked them to stop.
There was no safe to store valuables when you were out.
and even when I displayed the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the cleaners still entered and tidied the room, and then stole the sign.

I would not recommend anybody stay there and I would never go back. For the money we paid we expected more. Or at least we didn't expect it to be so bad. The only good thing it had was the free breakfast.

The price for the rooms was ok. I'm assuming everything is more expensive near Disneyland so I was expecting the price. The rooms were nice. We were told we could take a shuttle to Disney and save a b...ig hassle with the parking. We were also told we could purchase park tickets there at the hotel. The desk clerk said to notify the day clerk and everything should be fine. The day clerks said none of that would be possible but we could still purchase shuttle tickets to Disney but had to be back by three because they were doing us a favor by letting us stay until three. We were also told we could not buy single day tickets to the park. We then left the hotel and tried to use the breakfast vouchers we couldn't use them because the hotel put the wrong dates on the vouchers. I brought it back and the clerk explained they were tolerating me while they changed the date. I am sure I could have received better service for the same price. Don't promise something you won't deliver See More

We had room 515. Let's start with the negatives. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The toiletries they supplied were very obviously recycled; old worn labels and product buildup in the caps. I don...'t use the toiletries at hotels, but I always thought it was rumors that hotels recycle things. I was afraid to use the cups. The second thing was that the room smelled of urine the whole time we were there. The complimentary breakfast was good for being free. During breakfast though, it's a giant mess since people don't know how to clean up after themselves. Let the employees know you appreciate their help; they have to deal with rude disgusting people.

The positives: we had a good parking space near our room. The beds seemed clean. They weren't too firm. The TV had On Demand which was nice to watch while winding down from Disneyland. The hotel is also a nice short walk to the Disney parks.

I'd recommend this hotel, but the staff should focus on cleanliness a bit more

I went with my family (member of 5). I have bought voucher from agoda, 1 room for 5 people. When i checked in and took a look to the room, it's only for 4 people. I asked to the front desk for an extr...a bed (for the other 1 person) and they charged us for it, even we have paid for 5 people.

Why the payment system of agoda is different from the hotel itself? Agoda and the hotel should be coordinate with each other to rent rooms. We even have showed the front desk our voucher and they said we still need to add.

Horrible Service, bugs in the room, lobby smells like a dirty litter box. They lied about parking on the final day. When we checked out they charged us an extra $20 when we specifically asked if it wa...s ok to park. When we tried to leave is when the sprung it on us. Tons of other nice hotels in the area. Skip this one. See More

Perfect for Disneyland
This hotel is a great choice if you’re planning to visit Disneyland. It’s a very close walk to the parks with several restaurants along the way. The room was clean and updated and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

One of the latest Trip Advisor reviews of the closest hotel to the Disneyland® entrance (Park Place Inn):

This Best Western has just updated the rooms, they are large clean rooms. We have stayed on Disney property in thier hotels they of course are very nice but they are smaller than what I find comfortable and are three times the cost. The best western is the closest hotel to the park (aside from the Disney hotels) and for the large room and free breakfast is a great place to stay.
