Horrible food, don't eat a this place, ended up with diarrhea.. quality of service was scrap.
had to wait 10 mins a the counter to place an order, 3staff around me were showing off that they are doing thier job.. pathetic service and food. I won't step in there again....

Hi guys I went today to bikanerwalla mount roskill to have a navaratre special aloo tikki. But after eating I found channa dal as a stuffing done in it could y...ou beleive this on fasting they are giving channa dal and telling customer its navaratre speciall just for the people who do fasting all day . When asked from the lady on the counter ,she said its by mistake we might got one or two aloo tikki.. haa lol what an excuse ? YOU are running business not doing charity .Common guys just provide good customer service and good food admit if you do something wrong .just dont give excuses to save your company name. Ohchee Ducaan Fecka Packwan who ever said he /she Must had a Catering from Bikanervala
Same thing h...appen to us
Ordering the food more than week before paid them
On advance more than they ask for (no discount ask)
One of main dish not supplied ( malai kofta)
Cook forget to cook ( what a excuse)
Palak paneer is off next day how fresh was that only cook know
Salad was useless big pieces of apples ,onions’, carrots & grapes
Not a one slices of cucumber or tomato wich is fully retrun to
Them (asking manger what is this said fruit salad so why onions there & he cannot find the cucumber)
Ordering delivery time 6:00 to 6:30 after ¾ calls
Delivered at 8:30 pm whats my 35 guests have to wait for 2 hours
9 day when pass no apology or refund

The worst customer service I have ever received in New Zealand....specially on diwali....the guy on counter taking money was so rude...I don't feel gud to post ...this on this special day but I want other people to know and don't be upset by going there.....we went there to buy some MITHAI but we end up with another shop..... عرض المزيد

I was here today and ordered a cheese pizza to take out. I paid $8 for a tiny pizza (not even 20 cm in diameter!!!) Very expensive for what I got and not much to it :(

This place needs Improvement, Lack of hospitality and customer service. I would expect food and clean plates to be delivered to the table rather being yelled at across the restaurant for food to be ready.
