We decided to try to find somewhere last minute for dinner on a Friday night and have bistro 11 a shot. It’s was amazing. The food was perfect. The waitress was great. And service and food was quick! ...Highly recommend! We will be back for sure See More

Fantastic, comfortable, wonderful selection with several healthy choices. My favorite is the grilled shrimp cocktail. Anytime I head towards Victor I stop in for lunch if open.

Got together with friends, picked Bistro 11 because we had never been there. When we get together it is a full evening, we start at the bar for a drink, bartender was really attentive and when ready m...ade us drinks for the table and notified wait staff. Appetizers, specials, menu.....all food was very good and priced moderately. Sat and had coffee and exchanged gifts. We never felt pushed or rushed to leave and clear table. Our wait staff "Jenn" was awesome. We will go back and reccommend highly. See More

Decided to start our Friday night early and came in for a late lunch. My third time there and our server Jen was very nice and welcoming! I'd recommend the grilled shrimp cocktail. It's amazing!

The hostess who seated us was not very friendly--maybe having a bad day?? A couple who was seated about 10 minutes after us were waited on sooner than we were. Just as we were thinking of leaving, our... server came to our table--very friendly and personable. The food was excellent and service was great--after the initial wait of about 15-20 minutes. While my husband and I have never eaten here, our daughter did before she was supposed to go to her prom. Unfortunately, after eating she became very sick and had to come home. We contacted poison c...ontrol and concluded that she had food poisoning. We then spoke with both the NY State Department of Health as well as Chef Dominick to explain what happened. Much to our surprise, there was no sympathy expressed for our situation by Chef Dominick. Our daughter missed her prom, a night that will never happen again, because she was so sick and basically, Chef Dominick could have cared less. As you can imagine, we spent a lot of money on that night with her dress, hair, flowers, prom tickets, as well as the money her boyfriend spent on his tux rental, etc etc... We were offered no compensation for all the money that we lost that night due to our daughter eating bad food with the exception of Chef Dominick's off-handed remark "What do you want? I"ll refund you for the sandwich she ate." That was it. Chef Dominick may be a talented chef, although I cannot say because I have never eaten his food, but lacks quality customer service needed to keep his customers happy and wanting to return. Our post may not get us the compensation we are looking for, but what happened to our daughter needs to be shared with potential and repeat customers at Bistro 11. See More

Service was prompt and very friendly. The delicious servings were huge! I had the Buffalo Mac and cheese, I think there was more chicken than pasta! My husband had the lasagne. He said it was very... good. I cannot believe that we brought home more than we ate. Dinner tonight! See More

Went for lunch last week. The greens and beans were good taste but a little stalky. Pork sandwich tasted like it came out of the oven with no seasoning. Not bad but I wouldn't hurry back.

Absolutely spectacular. Scratch made pasta, sausage and sauce. If you're not in the mood for sauce the Bistro 11 steak is to die for.
