My wife and I have been more than pleased with the home Brightleaf has built for us. They care about us, the community, and most of all the work that they do. RE: that last post about the fence; the f...ence belongs to our neighbor and Brightleaf has been working with us to get it fixed. They have agreed to do what is necessary to make things right so I am not sure why this is even an issue. I hope everyone out there can surmise by the foul language and name calling used by the poster that they have no idea what they are talking about. The last thing I would call Scott, Rick, and Alex is "scumbags". Complete rubbish.... See More

Scott gave a timed Pecha Kucha style presentation during the Housing Innovation Award Conference held in Atlanta on October 11th, 2017. The presentation is relatively short at only 7 minutes and was meant to give other high performance home builders in attendance some insight into who BrightLeaf is and how we are continuing to innovate in the building industry. The format of the Pecha Kucha presentation limited Scott to only 20 slides with each slide automatically advancing every 20 seconds without his control. Overall, Scott did an excellent job keeping up with the pace and informing his audience on how BrightLeaf continues to innovate home building!
