Join us this summer at our dynamic outdoor facility. We will open Saturday May 23rd 2015. The Brighton Oasis offers s...omething for everyone featuring a large tube slide and a body flume slide, a lazy river with zero depth entry and a wave generator, and a one meter diving board area. There is also a tot pool with zero depth entry and interactive play features as well as a water basketball area. We offer a full concession stand though you are able to bring in your own food and drinks. See more

We are already preparing for some amazing summer events. 21+ crowd- you are going to want to attend Parents Night Out this year! We already have a ton of local businesses joining us in celebration of you. Opening day will be here before you know it!

There are still a few spots left in the March lifeguard trainings. If you would like to work as a lifeguard this summer, this is your chance! Did you know we hire almost everyone that completes the class? You must be 15 years old to take the class.

We offer flexible schedules around sports, school, and vacations and pay better than surrounding areas! There are two classes. March 25-27 and March 29-31. We also have a class April 28-30. Cost is $75 total--$40 to the Brighton Recreation Center and $35 to the American Red Cross. Spaces will fill up soon! If you wait until summer it will be too late.

Are you ready to work? The Parks and Recreation Summer Job Fair is fast approaching at the Brighton Recreation Center. On March 8th from 3-7 pm, you can meet ...with representatives from each department and apply for summer positions. There will also be food and prizes! Some positions hire as young as 15 with volunteer positions as young as 14! This is your chance to lock in your summer job. Save the date!

The Brighton Recreation Center will be offering Splash and Play, our parent and children swim meet up at the BRC Pool beginning January 9th! If you are tired o...f being stuck inside all day, and could use a little adult conversation (while still keeping a watchful eye on your little one of course), this is for you! Meet up at the BRC Pool on M/W/F anytime between 10:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m. and shake that cabin fever! This is an excellent way to make new friends and get your children prepared for swimming lessons.
Cost: $2 per person (Splash and Play pricing only)
M/W/F *Jan 9-Apr 28 anytime between 10:15 a.m.-1:15 p.m.

It is a big decision, choosing to save lives. It is only a decision made by a select few daring individuals. There are still 3 spots available in the Lifeguard training this month. Cost is only $75- $40 to the Recreation Center and $35 to the Red Cross.

The Brighton Recreation Center is offering a blended learning American Red Cross lifeguard training. Blended learning is 1/2 online learning and 1/2 in person-very cool! A portion of the online learning must be completed by the first in-class date, which is October 22nd. We will meet in person on October 22nd and 23rd from 9am-4pm. Participants will pay $40 to the Rec. Center and $35 to American Red Cross. Please call 303-655-2213 if you have any questions. Space is very limited, so sign up today!

Beginning today the Brighton Oasis enters its restricted hours of operation. We are open on weekends from 11am-6pm through Labor Day. Labor Day is the last day of the season.
