Walked in, Friday afternoon. No eye contact. 2 personal bankers had their faces in their computers. After sitting in the chair for 5 minutes, I got in the teller line. Stood behind 3 customers. The te...ller took my name and entered it in the computer. Sat down. 5 minutes and still no acknowledgment. Finally, I got up, INTERRUPTED the personal banker, and said, "I am trying to open an account. Clearly you don't want my business." NO APOLOGY. She said, "Thank you." How does a personal banker assist customers if their back is to the lobby? I just took my Roth to Flagstar. See More

It took some time to fix my loan account but it was finally fixed. Not every branch is the same and I hope they train their employees to the highest standard in which I just received. They do care abo...ut veterans and have great products for those who served. Thank you See More

Excuses for everything, they either are “new”, “have been out sick for a week” or really busy... December 7th i financed my vehicle through them, it’s now December 21st and they STILL haven’t submitt...ed my paperwork to Secretary of State... no accountability what so ever. The woman that originally helped me at the sterling Heights location, couldn’t even work the doc usign program properly while I was in office and I had to come back a second time to get everything straight. Unbelievable. And now I have to come and pick up my documents for Secretary of State because I’m told they are still 10 days out to ship it and for Secretary of state to receive it so now I will go out and do it myself.
