Welcome to all the new IPES CDT MRes students at UCL and Cambridge for Induction Week!

A seminal journal article published in Semiconductor Science and Technology last year has been selected by the journal’s Editorial Board as a Highlight of 2013. Highlights are selected based on outstanding research and impact on the semiconductor community, for which the article by Professor Alwyn Seeds, Professor Huiyun Liu and PhD student Andrew Lee (soon to graduate) is highly regarded.

The article is titled ‘Semiconductor III--V lasers monolithically grown on Si substrate...s’ and you can find out more details about this world leading research in this video (please link to the See the Light video on our youtube site).
